From 1964 to the present, Charles E. Brooks has been involved in the general practice of Law. However, for the last 40 years, he has been retained by numerous local, regional, and national restaurants and hotel clients and has represented them throughout the State of Maryland before various administrative bodies including various Boards of Liquor License Commissioners, as well as Zoning Authorities.

In addition, these offices engage in the general practice of law in areas of custody, divorce and other family matters, automobile accidents, personal injury, estate planning, as well as the creation of entities to own and operate various types of businesses including the hospitality industry throughout Maryland.
